Bera Bera Surf School
Welcome to the Bera Bera Surf School in San Sebastián - Donostia. Founded in 1999, Bera Bera Surf School was one of the first three schools to offer surf, bodyboard, and stand-up paddleboarding lessons in the northern Basque Country. With the recent surge in surfing's popularity, we at Bera Bera Surf decided to upgrade our facilities to meet our clients' needs. Therefore, in 2013, we moved to a beachfront location with much better changing rooms, showers, and access than our previous facilities. If you're thinking about taking up surfing, don't hesitate to contact us. Our professionals will advise you and teach you in the best way possible so you can enjoy nature and the sport.
Private Lessons
Private surf lessons are the best way to learn and develop good surfing habits. The instructor will be at your complete disposal to help you learn as quickly as possible.
Surfing Day

Surf Courses 2026
When summer ends, surfing doesn't, which is why at Bera Bera Surf School we offer surf courses throughout the academic year. The courses are designed for anyone who wants to continue enjoying surfing after summer ends.
General information:
- Monthly courses, 1 or 2 sessions per week
- Groups formed by age and level
- From September until the end of June
- All you need to bring is the desire to have a good time; we'll take care of the rest.
