One and a half hour surf sessions, with a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 6 students per instructor.
All-inclusive: insurance, equipment, changing rooms, showers and lockers.

OPEN GROUPS

Terms and conditions
**Class Cancellation:** In the event that a class must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (thunderstorm, swell, injury to a participant during the class, etc.), it will be rescheduled within the corresponding month or quarter, provided that a date and time can be agreed upon with all members of the group. If all possibilities (surfing conditions, schedule, group availability) are exhausted and it is not possible to reschedule the cancelled class, it will be considered forfeited and will be compensated by issuing a class make-up voucher valid for six (6) months, or a free equipment rental voucher (board and wetsuit) for two (2) hours, valid for six (6) months. BBSE will not provide any financial compensation under any circumstances. If the class is shortened due to adverse conditions, the corresponding time will be made up in the next class. If it is the participant's last class, the remaining class time will be forfeited, without any financial compensation from BBSE. A complimentary equipment rental voucher (board and wetsuit) will be provided for two (2) hours, valid for six (6) months. Make-up classes for absences: In case of absence by the student without prior notice, the class will be considered forfeited. With at least 48 hours' notice and provided there is availability in the class schedule for the student's age and level, BBSE will arrange for the student to make up the class. Otherwise, the class will be forfeited. Punctuality: Class times are punctual. At the scheduled time, the instructor will depart for the water with the students who are ready. Arriving late to the school will result in forfeiture of the class without any compensation from BBSE, or the student will be responsible for getting to the group on their own and assuming all responsibility, releasing BBSE and the instructor from any liability should anything happen.
**Make-up Class Policy:** If a student misses a class, the school is under no obligation to offer a make-up class. However, BBSE will attempt to offer students one make-up class per month, provided they notify the school of their absence 48 hours in advance. If this notice period is not met, the class will be considered as attended. Make-up classes must be completed before the end of the current course. The maximum number of make-up classes per calendar month is one, and it is the student's responsibility to inquire about available make-up options.
